Peer Review Process
The journal "Veriof" is published by the As-Sa'adah Sukasari Sumedang College of Sharia Sciences (STIS) with the aim of being a medium for channeling thoughts about aspects of Sharia Economic Law, the Islamic Family and Family Law, all in the form of field research results and literature studies. This journal is published twice a year, namely in June and December.
All submitted papers are put trough double-blind review process. The journal accepts both research and non-research articles, which will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers. Once a manuscript is submitted trough the online process, a journal editor examines the manuscript and determines its appropriateness for the full peer review. If it passes the initial screening, the manuscript will be sent to one or more peer reviewers. The journal’s editorial board will then consider the peer reviewers’ reports and assemble the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication.
The editorial team accepts manuscripts from lecturers, researchers, practitioners and students provided that they have never been published in other media and follow the writing requirements as stated on the journal attachment page. Manuscripts received by the editor will be evaluated and edited for uniformity in format, terms and other procedures.
